All that is true of “The Modelizer.” What you don’t expect is that the movie, in this case, is going to take all that sexist-swinger-as-master-of-the-universe stuff and put it on steroids. “The Modelizer” is set in Hong Kong, which the movie keeps reminding us is the most expensive city in the world. The hero, Shawn Koo (Byron Mann), is the scion of an outrageously wealthy Chinese real-estate family; they own one-third of the property in the city. Shawn, who sees each of his parents once a month and serves as their company’s managing director (basically a show title, since they control everything), lives a life of carefree jet-set hedonism, dating a different fashion model every week.

Kevin Costner filed new divorce documents against Christine Baumgartner to insure "an orderly process" as she vacates their shared beachfront estate outside of Santa Barbara, California. In new documents obtained by Fox News Digital, Costner's legal team filed an ex parte application to "prevent Petitioner (Baumgartner) from removing Respondent’s (Costner) separate property from his home, and to insure an orderly process for the removal of her separate property (if any)." The "Yellowstone" actor argued in the application that "under the PMA (pre-marital agreement) there is no community property." Baumgartner was ordered by a judge last week to vacate the separate residence of their $145 million Carpinteria compound by July 31.  "Petitioner’s counsel has stated, in writing, that Petitioner 'plans' to remove many items which are not Petitioner’s separate property," documents stated.  "Petitioner refuses to sign a Stipulation that she will not do so unless and until there is a written agreement between the parties." Super Junior have left their long-time agency SM Entertainment.Today (July 14), SM Entertainment announced that members Eunhyuk, Donghae and Kyuhyun would not be renewing their contracts with the K-pop agency after nearly two decades under the company.In a statement, SM Entertainment said that Eunhyuk, Donghae and Kyuhyun “will each be pursuing individual activities”, per Yonhap News Agency and translated by Soompi. But the agency also added that the trio would be “continuing their Super Junior promotions together with SM”.“We will be cheering the three of them on as they take on new challenges, and we plan to communicate closely with them so that they can effectively carry out both their group activities and their solo activities at the same time,” the company added.In the same statement, SM Entertainment also confirmed that the remaining six members of Super Junior – namely Leeteuk, Heechul, Yesung, Shindong, Siwon and Ryeowook – have all renewed their contracts with the K-pop agency.Donghae and Eunhyuk have both been signed to SM Entertainment since making their debut as members of Super Junior in 2005.
