So if you’re heading out on the town rather than plonking yourself in front of the telly, you can do a lot worse than delving into some of these fine spots. Champagne and lobster at Asha’s There’s celebrating, then there’s celebrating with champagne and lobster.
Asha’s is doing a special menu for the swearing in of King Charles III, and from May 1 to 7, you can order the The King Emperor's Platter featuring a lobster, served in its shell, with Kerala chilli, garlic prawns, chicken malai kebab, aloo tikki, lamb chops, vegetable samosa and makhani sauce.
It’s wildly pricey at £150 for two, but does come with a bottle of Moet & Chandon, and it’s a special occasion. 47 Peter St, Manchester M2 3NG Pong & Puck Pong & Puck at the Great Northern Warehouse will be debuting its special King Charles frozen cocktail on May 6 and 7.
