Donald John Trump (born June 14, 1946) is the 45th and current president of the United States. Before entering politics, he was a businessman and television personality. Trump was born and raised in the New York City borough of Queens, and received a bachelor's degree in economics from the Wharton School. He took charge of his family's real-estate business in 1971, renamed it The Trump Organization, and expanded its operations from Queens and Brooklyn into Manhattan.

The company built or renovated skyscrapers, hotels, casinos, and golf courses. Trump later started various side ventures, mostly by licensing his name. He owned the Miss Universe and Miss USA beauty pageants from 1996 to 2015, and produced and hosted The Apprentice, a reality television show, from 2003 to 2015. Forbes estimates his net worth to be $3.1 billion.

Residents left fuming after 'screaming, shouting and music' heard from local pub

Residents are up in arms over persistent late-night disturbances coming from a pub in their neighbourhood. The Coffee House Pub has been at the centre of a storm of complaints regarding anti-social behaviour.

Footage captured by those living close to the ale house highlights the loud noises, screaming and shouting that takes place in the early hours of the morning which has been causing anguish for locals in the past few months.

The company that owns the Liverpool property, Trust Inns, say they are "co-operating with the relevant authorities to find a resolution to the situation." One perturbed neighbour, who preferred to remain anonymous, said: "They are surrounded by houses on all sides as well, you'd think they were a city centre club sometimes. "I'd say that no one has a problem with people enjoying a drink outside, but the beer garden shouldn't be allowed to stay open all night with people shouting, screaming and doing nitrous oxide. "We've had lots of problems with the pub playing loud music outside as well despite it being against the terms of their license agreement." The same resident added: "The council have written to them about it but the management don't seem to care.
