Manchester United will be going in search of a third successive Premier League win when they make the trip to Goodison Park to face Everton on Sunday afternoon.
United, who beat the Toffees on three separate occasions last season, signed off for the recent international break with a 1-0 win over Luton Town at Old Trafford.
Defender Victor Lindelof scored the only goal of the game to ease some of the pressure on manager Erik ten Hag's shoulders. As a result of that win over the Hatters, United moved to within five points of the top-four, meaning back-to-back wins have significantly strengthened their hopes of qualifying for next season's Champions League via the usual method.
However, United will be the last of the current top-four contenders to play this weekend, meaning they may be under an added ounce of pressure to scoop all three points.
