Charlotte Dawson has emotionally told fans that she has been feeling 'down' and 'low' ahead of the birth of her second child.

The usually bubbly and energetic reality star addressed concerns from her fans after she took a short period of time away from social media, where she is usually very active.

Some of her loyal followers thought that she may have gone into labour and given birth to her baby boy with her fiance Matthew Sarsfield., however, Charlotte said the reality was the complete opposite.

The couple announced their joyous news back in February, telling fans they were expecting their 'rainbow baby' after suffering a heartbreaking miscarriage.
