It comes after Charlotte, 30, candidly told her social media following she had been feeling low and struggling in recent days.
After returning to Instagram following a brief break, the influencer told her fans she was expecting to pop "any day". Charlotte, whose first son Noah was born in 2020, posted a string of videos to her Story showing her tanning routine.
