Paisley tenement blaze prompts large-scale emergency services response

Fire crews extinguished a blaze that took hold in a Paisley tenement yesterday afternoon. A huge emergency services response was mobilised following reports of the fire which affected a second-floor flat on Ferguslie Walk in the town.Four fire engines and a specialist height vehicle were employed to douse the flames that emerged from the building around 4pm.

The Scottish Ambulance Service and Police Scotland were also in attendance.
