Oyster nail trend gives you perfectly pearly French tips – and the look is ideal for brides

TikTok thinks it has the answer in oyster French tip nails.Take the classic look and add a little bit of extra swirly detailing on the tips and you’ve got yourself the perfect mani for summer!
The look is incredibly simple to master either at home or in a salon, depending on whether you like to do your own nails or pay for professional work.
If you’re going to a salon – we went to Paint Nails London at The Beauty Club in Oxford Circus – we recommend asking for French tip-style gel or shellac polish, but instead of the white shade they would usually use on the tips, ask if they have a pearlescent white.
If they don’t, they can mix together the white with a silvery chrome to give the illusion of an oyster shade. For a base tone, we recommend asking for a sheer pink like OPI’s Bubble Bath.
