dailyrecord.co.ukKnight Property Group has completed the third phase of its £20 million speculative development in East Kilbride - agreeing a multi-year deal with Briggs Equipment.The brand-new industrial warehouse at Langlands Commercial Park features a 26,592 sq ft warehouse, with a 1993 sq ft office space.
It includes a large secure concrete yard with 24 parking spaces and four EV car charging points.Constructed by Clark Contracts, the main contractor, this warehouse is built to a high specification with a steel portal frame and high-performance cladding.
