Finding inspiration for midweek meals can be a challenge, especially after a long day at work. However, one woman has shared her quick 10-minute meal that she prepares weekly for herself and her husband to help them "stay fit and lean".Hannah, who shares her recipes on TikTok under the handle @hannahsykesburch, begins by chopping an onion into small pieces before sautéing it until it becomes translucent.Hannah explained: "Then you can add fresh garlic, or some garlic powder to the pan and then I use one pound of grass-fed ground beef." Hannah opts for a 15% fat content on the beef, but suggests you could choose a leaner option if preferred.Hannah continued: "I added salt, pepper, and once the ground beef was cooked all the way through I added a can of tomato paste.

I use about a half cup of Mexican cheese, but you can actually use any cheese that you like.""Then I cut up this green bell pepper and add it more towards the end because I think it gives it a better texture." She then cooked it for "two more minutes" and placed it in a bowl on a bed of rice.Hannah said: "That is it, it's such a good, healthy dinner." And people were clearly keen on the recipe - her video has racked up more than 4.5 million views and 177,000 likes. In the comments, someone wrote: "I do this but with zucchini instead of bell pepper!"
