Murder investigation launched after body of Keano Byrne, 26, found in Reddish Vale Country Park

Officers searching for missing 26-year-old Keano Byrne found a body in Stockport this afternoon, a spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police has said this afternoon (April 7).
Specialist teams of officers have been searching the area in and around Reddish Vale Country Park since Keano was reported missing and tragically located a body in the water at around 12.10pm today.
He was last seen in the early hours of Sunday, March 26, leaving Northumberland Road in Brinnington and walking towards Reddish Vale with another man.
Shortly after Keano was reported missing, police enquiries established that he may have come to harm and officers identified several lines of enquiry that resulted in two arrests, according to the force.
