ok.co.ukDespite the Princess of Wales making her first royal appearance in months at the Trooping the Colour, Zara and Mike Tindall were noticeably missing from the celebration.
But it seems they had a pretty good reason to skip the celebration and King's birthday parade.This year's Trooping the Colour took place on Saturday, 15 June in London to mark the official celebration of the monarch's birthday.There were over 1,400 officers and soldiers forming the parade, along with two hundred horses and over four hundred musicians from ten bands.
Senior members of the Royal Family, including King Charles, Queen Camilla and the Prince and Princess of Wales later made an appearance on the Buckingham Palace balcony as they watched the RAF flyby.
But the royal affair clashed with another event taking place in the city, P!nk's gig at the Tottenham Hotspurs stadium. According to Hello!, Zara and former Gloucester Rugby pro, Mike, skipped the King's party in order to rock out to the American singer during her sold-out UK tour.They are said to have enjoyed a special date night at the concert over the weekend, which would explain their absence from Royal Family photos.
