Former Manchester United player David Sadler has been awarded a retrospective league medal after helping the club win the 1964/65 title.
Sadler was initially denied a championship medal, with rules stating a player must feature 14 times to qualify. The now-77-year-old fell just short of that marker.

Sadler played 272 times for United across a 10-year spell at Old Trafford before featuring for Charlton Athletic and Preston North End.
