Love Island’s Maya Jama reveals show's most iconic moment ever
ok.co.ukLove Island host Maya Jama has been digging through the archives to bring fans what she believes to be the most iconic moment from the show ever.
The 28 year old, who took over presenting duties from Laura Whitmore earlier this year, is back for round two in what will be the tenth season of the hit reality dating show.
So, as she prepares to jet over to Majorca for the first time (Maya’s first LI experience was during the winter series in Cape Town, where Kai and Sanam took home the crown), the presenter has taken a look back at the series' so far.
During an interview with the show ahead of its June 5 kick-off, Maya was asked what her most favourite moment of the show was, so far. "It has to be when Maura was going to the hideaway with Tom but overheard him talking about her to the boys which led to her kicking off at him in the garden,” she recalled, referencing series five back in 2019. “It was just the instant flip-over, he nearly had a chance, but he got caught out and ruined it," she said.
