Kate Ferdinand thanks fans for their support as she reveals she lacked 'confidence'

The mum and TV presenter currently hosts the "Blended" podcasts but has admitted, in the past she didn't think she could do it.
Blended tells real stories of relationships that don't often get talked about. The discussions centre around a number of different topics such as second marriages, adoption and life after loss.
Kate is married to ex-footballer Rio Ferdinand and the have a two-year-old son together, called Cree. She is also pregnant with the couple's second child and is step mum to Rio's three kids, Lorenz, Tate and Tia.
