Love Island's Hugo Hammond looks like a new man with extreme GI Joe buzzcut
ok.co.ukFormer Love Island contestant Hugo Hammond has chopped off his fluffy mullet and is now rocking a GI Joe-style shaved head. Hugo, who earlier this month moved in with his girlfriend who starred in the Australian version of the ITV show, was earlier praised for his luscious locks as one fan dubbed them “glorious.” On Tuesday, the 24 year old PE teacher took to his Instagram, where he treated his 382k followers to a look at his haircut - which left him looking like a new man.The picture showed a noticeably chiselled Hugo shirtless in his bedroom as he flashed his pearly whites for fans with his visibly shorter haircut.
The star’s chest was on show, and he rocked short stubble as he posed for the selfie with the caption: “7 months, 0 changes, banging sleep inbound.” Hugo featured on season 7 of the dating show in 2021 alongside contestants like Chloe Burrows, Millie Court, Toby Aromolaran and Liam Reardon.The Hampshire local entered on day one and immediately coupled up with Sharon Gaffka before Chloe chose him in the first recoupling of the season.
Hugo bounced between Sharon and Chloe throughout the season until Amy Day stole his attention for his remaining time on the show, and he was subsequently dumped from the island on day 38 when the islanders failed to save him.
Hugo clashed with his former flames following the show as he dubbed his TV love story “tragic” while Amy was sitting next to him.
