Jane shared an update on the property issue, revealing she's had to start all over again as the sale of her buyers' property fell through, causing the entire chain to collapse. "It was under offer earlier this year and the survey was fine, but then the house sale of the people buying it fell through and the chain collapsed," she disclosed.
The journalist had been patient, agreeing to wait for them to secure another offer, but unfortunately, they found they decided to stay where they were.This has left Jane back at square one, re-listing her home and facing "a hefty legal bill" to boot.
Opening up to Platinum Magazine, she confessed: "Worse, as the sale fell through on the week of exchange, I had already started to clear out all the cupboards and the house looked an absolute tip.
