A domestic abuser harassed his former partner and twice drove off in her car without her permission.Alexander Miller is now being considered for a rehabilitation programme after spending more than three months in prison.Miller, 32, appeared from custody at Hamilton Sheriff Court this week.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
