TV and theatre star Kym Marsh constantly wows on stage, screen and the red carpet with her glamorous looks. And she has now shared the simple lifestyle change she credits with keeping her looking so well as she heads out on tour in her new role in Take That musical Greatest Days.

Former Coronation Street star Kym, 46, stars alongside her daughter Emilie, 25 in the new production of the hit musical - both playing the same character as "young Rachel" in her teens and present day Rachel in her 40s.

But in real life the mum and daughter are so alike, they're often mistaken for sisters! While Kym laughs about that "sisters" comparison, saying "I wish!" she does try her best to look after herself.
