Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby are missing from one of This Morning's social media pages. Schofield announced he was stepping down from ITV after admitting to having an affair with a younger male colleague.

This Morning's official Twitter page previously included a banner image of Phillip, Holly and Friday presenters Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary.

However, this has now been replaced with a generic ITV1 banner picture which displays none of the existing presenters. The presenter admitted to an 'on-off relationship', describing it in a statement issued to a national newspaper as 'unwise, but not illegal' Phillip spoke out a day after Dr Ranj blasted This Morning as 'toxic' after admitting he thought 'long and hard' about opening up on his own experience as a contributor on the ITV programme.
