Good Omens has been suspended following sex assault allegations towards creator Neil Gaiman.The Amazon Prime Video fantasy-comedy series – based on the book by Gaiman and Terry Pratchett – follows Michael Sheen’s angel Aziraphale and David Tennant’s demon Crowley. The new season was due to begin shooting in Scotland but it has now been paused, reports Variety.It was renewed for a final season in December 2023.The suspension comes after Gaiman was accused of sexual assault by two women in July, claims the writer has strongly denied.According to an article and podcast by Tortoise, Gaiman was reported to be the subject of a police investigation in New Zealand.
