Kehlani is breaking her silence after those wild cult claims. To recap the weirdness… On Monday, TMZ obtained court documents filed by the Good Thing singer’s ex Javaughn Young-White petitioning for full custody of their 5-year-old Adeya Nomi.
In the bombshell filings, he claimed Kehlani, who uses she/they pronouns, is part of what he “would describe as a cult,” which “controls [her] actions and behavior, including when it comes to the upbringing of [their] daughter.” He went on to allege cult leader Neto “prevented” him from seeing Adeya for months because of a “vision” he had.
Javaughn also alleged the cult leader has “numerous accusations of committing sexual assault against women and young girls,” and that he allegedly performs “religious ceremonies” on Adeya where no one is “allowed to be in the room.” Even MORE disturbing, his court filings claimed that when Kehlani goes on tour, she leaves Adeya in the care of cult members whom she’s “given baths by” and “sleeps in bed with.” He even claimed that his ex allows “a member of the cult that she calls ‘Messiah,’ an adult woman, to take baths with Adeya while being under the influence of psychedelic drugs.” Related: Emma Roberts Warned Co-Star Kim Kardashian About Stalker — Then He Showed Up At Her Home! He also claimed that his name is not on Adeya’s birth certificate because of said cult. You can read more from his initial filings HERE.
