Sir David Jason was left open-mouthed after Jay Blades stormed off after a disagreement.The pair are currently starring in David and Jay’s Touring Toolshed, which sees them travel across the country for the BBC show.

But in the most recent episode, as writes the Mirror, there was a bit of a heated moment over a barrel-making course when Sir David made a comment about Jay’s skills."Just remember we haven't got three days for this programme," the Only Fools and Horses legend said, before Jay responded: "No, it's not gonna fall in!

Listen, less of the verbal over there, alright?"David, not giving it up, then went on: "You should've been way down with your rings on the barrel by this time."Later in the show, a barrel-making expert stepped in to give The Repair Shop star a helping hand.

Sir David joked: "Oh, you're having help from the professional..."He then branded Jay’s barrel “wobbly” before he ordered him to “pick it up”, sparking the heated moment."I'll tell you where I'll put my thumb in a minute if you don't stop talking," Jay clapped back after being told by Sir David to use his thumb to keep it steady.
