Jared Leto’s ‘Hot Mess’ Makeup Tutorial Includes Applying Red Eyeshadow With ‘Care’

Jared Leto is spilling his beauty secrets. The 51-year-old actor took to Instagram on Wednesday, August 9, to walk fans through his makeup routine. “My biggest strategy when applying makeup is, ‘How do I get done the quickest?’” Leto said while opening a colorful eyeshadow palette.
