Despite Moira witnessing the evidence, her subsequent seizure caused by a brain tumour meant she forgot everything. Desperate to cover his tracks, Tom tricked Isaac into giving him a spare key and sneaked into the house to grab the tablet, narrowly avoiding detection by Matty Barton who was lounging on the sofa.
Escaping with the crucial evidence, he later brazenly taunted Belle out in public, proclaiming she had "no evidence" and predicted her incarceration instead of his.
