A house that is deemed 'too dangerous to view' is set to go up for auction next month for £50,000. The derelict property comes with a warning that in-person viewings are strictly prohibited as the terraced house is listed as being 'unsafe'.
Estate agent pictures from inside the home show that the house is falling apart, with chunks missing out of the floor, rotting and peeling walls, cobwebs, mould and piles of junk mounting from the previous owners left on the floor.
If you can look past its current state though, the house is quite the bargain. Found in Ilfracombe in Devon, the property is a two-bedroom end-of-terrace house with a lounge, dining room, kitchen, two double bedrooms, one bathroom and an 80 foot garden, reports DevonLive.
It is being listed for sale by estate agents Webbers who say it "will require renovation by potential purchasers and a general programme of modernisation and redecoration throughout."
