Inside Prince Andrew's strange former bedroom where he kept 'unusual' collection of items

Prince Andrew's old bedroom at Buckingham Palace has been dubbed "unusual" following several claims about some of the items found inside.The Duke of York currently resides in the 30-room Royal Loge at the heart of Windsor with his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson.However before this, Andrew resided in Buckingham Palace where several staff members have revealed some interesting details about the nature of his strange bedroom.According to a maid who worked at the Palace in the mid 90s while Andrew was in his 30s, the disgraced royal kept "72 cuddly toys" on his bed.The claims that the toys had to be specifically lined up in size order and it took an entire day to be trained on how to arrange them properly on his bed, the Express reports.

Charlotte, Prince Andrew's former maid, told The Sun: "As soon as I got the job, I was told about the teddies, and it was drilled into me how he wanted them. "I even had a day's training.

Everything had to be just right. It was so peculiar."She added: "But he absolutely loved the ­teddies and was very clear about how he wanted them arranged."The former maid explained larger teddies were put at the back while the smaller were put in descending order of size at the front.She added that the Duke allegedly had two favourite teddies who sat on mahogany thrones at his bedside.However, the weird requirements don't stop there as it was revealed there was even a handwritten guide laid out that explained how to arrange the toys and other items in the room which was shared in an ITV documentary about Andrew.According to former royal protection officer Paul Page, the guide is said to have included two toy hippos, a black panther and bears, as well as three cushions called 'Daddy', 'Ducks' and 'Prince'.The
