Made in Chelsea’s Freddy Knatchball has admitted to using his connection to royalty to try and win over girls. The reality show’s newcomer, who is 19 and currently the youngest cast member is the great-grandson of Prince Philip’s uncle Lord Louis Mountbatten, who was the General of India before it became independent from Britain.

He explained that his family doesn’t like him talking about his heritage on TV and so he tries to “avoid “ it. He explained that even when he does try and use it to his advantage, it doesn’t always go to plan. "I do try and use it to get a girl but it didn't work in France.” He then said that it was “embarrassing.” "It's the last thing I'd ever do is bring it up before someone talked me about it first.

It's so embarrassing I think I'd die of cringiness before it gets out of my mouth." Talking about the new series he said that filming didn’t go as well as he expected it to.

He explained that he only had his eyes on one of the girls but she was already after another one of the boys, though he noted that was the “excuse” that he was using.
