Daniel plays road warrior, Sid, in the series, and, in character, Daniel could be seen in nothing but a pair of white briefs and boots as he rips robots apart.
Sid can be seen screaming with the effort and adrenaline, and viewers would no doubt be unable to tear their eyes away from Dan's physique.
His chiselled abs, rippling forearms and buff shoulders were clear to see - and he looked a long way from his role as Harry Potter in J.K.
