Good Morning Britain's Susanna Reid has announced she'll be taking a break from the show for two weeks. She shared the news with viewers and co-host Richard Madeley on Wednesday's episode (October 18). "I am back in two weeks time," she revealed.

Lorraine Kelly, who was previewing her own show, responded to Susanna's announcement by saying: "We will miss you! Have a great time Susanna." This comes after Susanna recently shared her thoughts on the BBC controversy regarding their refusal to label Hamas as terrorists following their attack on Israel.

Susanna seemed to subtly criticise the BBC as she insisted on referring to them as terrorists. "We very clearly call them terrorists," she responded firmly. "I mean, it was an act of terror what happened, and it was a barbaric atrocity." "And you and I have been in contact since what happened.
