Richard Madeley confirmed the arrival of his fifth grandchild in a sweet tribute on Good Morning Britain on Monday. The TV presenter, 67, announced the happy news on the ITV show, revealing his son Jack, 37, welcomed his second child with wife Issy around five days ago.

Doting grandfather Richard shared the happy news with co-host Susanna Reid, 52, after she said: "And you've been adding to your family, haven't you Richard?" Richard, who shares children Jack and Chloe with wife Judy Finnigan, 75, then responded: "Well I have to say, yes.

Little Wren is my fifth grandchild. She's only about five days old." A photograph of Richard holding baby Wren then appeared on the screen, along with a close up snap of the newborn. "That's little Wren, she's a sweetie," dad-of-two Richard proudly told Susanna.

Wren is Richard's fifth grandchild. He is grandad to Ivy and Eden - who are the daughters of one of Judy's twin sons from her first marriage to David Henshaw - as well as baby Bodhi, one, who is the daughter of Chloe and her husband James Haskell.
