Susanna Reid

Susanna Victoria Reid (born 10 December 1970) is an English television presenter and journalist. Reid was a co-presenter of BBC Breakfast from 2003 until 2014, along with Bill Turnbull and Charlie Stayt.

She has been a co-anchor of Good Morning Britain since 2014, and currently presents the programme alongside Piers Morgan and Ben Shephard.

She finished as a runner-up on the eleventh series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2013. She also presented Sunday Morning Live on BBC and Save Money: Good Food on ITV.

Good Morning Britain hosts Kate Garraway and Ben Shephard were forced to apologise on Thursday's show during a chat with Hollywood legend Jean-Claude Van Damme who is known for his martial arts action movies.The 63-year-old actor was joined by the presenters on the ITV programme to chat about his recent birthday celebrations when the conversation soon turned to how the Belgian martial artist keeps in such good shape for his age.As host Kate asked how he marked the big day, the actor leant down and pulled out a bottle of whisky from the chair beside him according to the Mirror as he waved it into the camera. "This whisky is fantastic," he said, "It's all about the whisky."He then laughed as he posed alongside the bottle before commenting that Irish whisky was also a good alternative as he continued to flaunt the tipple to the cameras.Ben Shephard, who has also been filling in on This Morning recently, interrupted as he said: "We have to be quite strict with the whisky now Jean-Claude.

That's enough whisky. We have to stop there though, or we'll get in trouble."Kate added: "It's early in the morning, we can't get in trouble," as Jean-Claude quickly apologised for his outburst on his love of the dram before their chat on the morning show turned to more appropriate conversations for that time in the morning.Earlier this year regular GMB host Susanna Reid was forced to check rules live on air when a debate between Dr Shola Mos-Shogbamimu and Richard Fitzwilliams, who were discussing the monarchy, became fiery and the hosts had to step in.
