Childminder Gemma (Dolly-Rose Campbell) has been going through a lot recently as she wrestles with the feelings her twin Paul Foreman's (Peter Ash) illness has brought up.
Paul is seriously ill with motor-neurone disease and Gemma has been ploughing her energies into fundraisers to try to help him, but with a busy job looking after the street's small children she has been finding it all a bit too much to handle.
As Chesney Brown (Sam Aston) goes off to work leaving her in charge of a houseful of kids in tonight's (Friday) episode, an exhausted Gemma looks around in despair as she wonders how she is going to cope.
