Tensions are running high on the cobbles next week when Adam Barlow, played by Sam Robertson, is forced into taking decisive action after coming to the heartbreaking realisation his wife Sarah could be lying about the results of the paternity test.Coronation Street's Adam requests written confirmation of the DNA test results after Sarah, played by Tina O'Brien, lied to him about hearing the outcome of the test over the phone as she took matters into her own hands.ITV viewers of the popular soap recently saw Sarah rip up the results and chuck them in a bin outside Victoria Garden after deceiving Adam and chose not to read the result for herself.Next week, Sarah decides to step in and help her uncle Stephen Reid after Tim Metcalfe throws his belongings out of the flat he shared with Elaine Jones.Sarah is left in complete shock when she finds the DNA test results among Stephen's personal belongings pointing to the fact he has been interfering.
