The Hits Radio host welcomed her second child into the world last month with her fiancee Gorka Marquez. Bury-born Gemma, 38, and Strictly Come Dancing star Gorka, 32, confirmed their son, Thiago Thomas Marquez, had made his grand entrance into the world on July 17.
The pair, who met on Strictly in 2017, said their family was 'complete' following their baby's arrival, four years after their first child, daughter Mia, was born.
