The heartbroken girlfriend of a Scots teenager who died after being crushed by a quad bike while on holiday on a Greek island has paid tribute to her 'best friend' as he's pictured for the first time.Ryan Bennet was involved in the horror crash in Zakynthos early on Friday morning.

Emergency services raced to the scene and the 19-year-old from Dunbartonshire was taken by ambulance to Zakynthos Hospital.It is understood the quad veered off a path and overturned, killing Ryan.

Following the devastating news his girlfriend Caitlin Ball said she had been left heartbroken.In a post on her Facebook page, Caitlin said: "Today I lost the most important boy in my life and there is simply no way I could ever even begin to describe how losing your best friend like this feels.

Ryan you are everything I ever wanted and so much more. "I appreciate every single bit of love you have ever given me. I love you with my whole heart forever I hope I make you as proud as you make me my love."A 19-year-old passenger also suffered minor injuries in the accident.
