There has been a love triangle between Chloe, Mack and his wife Charity Dingle ever since Charity discovered her husband Mack had fathered Chloe's son, Reuban, during a one-night stand.
After Charity decided to kick Mack to the curb, he struck up a romance with Chloe in order to be with his son. Playing happy families, however, came to a screeching halt last month when a car crash saw Mack having to choose between Chloe, who discovered Mack had slept with Charity again, and Charity as he was unable to save both before their car plunged off the edge of a cliff.
