Emma Willis gives Matt 'hard to hear criticism of flaws' as he fears strain on marriage

The singer, 41, explained that when he asked his wife Emma Willis, 48, what he needs to work on in his self-improvement journey, she addressed his tendency to fail in following through with his ideas and plans.
Matt linked this "flaw" to his struggles with ADHD, and pointed out that Emma isn't the only one who has alerted him to this particular trait.
He told listeners: "I asked Emma about it, and she thought about it for quite a while, and then she basically gave me the same one which I've said before, which is I don't follow through with things.
