The new trailer gives us an extended look at Jackson as the physician in charge, who navigates one crisis after another on what should be an idyllic cruise.

ABC released the latest trailer for the medical drama ahead of its September 26 premiere. We also get a first look at guest star Shania Twain as she twirls on the dance floor with Don Johnson.
