Death in Paradise’s Ralf Little admits worry about career after shock show exit

Ralf Little has expressed concerns over his future in acting following his surprising departure from Death in Paradise. The 44-year-old actor, who portrayed DI Neville Parker on the beloved BBC drama for four years, acknowledged that leaving was best for the narrative, but confessed to feelings of uncertainty about his subsequent roles.

During an appearance on Kate Thornton's hit podcast, White Wine Question Time, Ralf candidly shared: "It's not always a bed of roses." He went on to reveal his constant worry about job security, stating: "I genuinely believe that until you are Ryan Gosling or at that level, that underlying, nagging feeling of, 'What if this is the last job I get? ' I'm not sure that ever goes away." Despite admitting it's "It's a weirdly mentally tough profession", Ralf was quick to highlight the immense rewards that acting can bring.
