A year on from winning Love Island with his Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, Davide Sanclimenti has opened up about the pressure of maintaining a relationship under the spotlight – telling OK!

that he often finds it difficult. After winning over the nation with their sometimes-tempestuous romance on the show, Ekin-Su and Davide, both 28, soon moved in together in London.

But despite romantic trips abroad and many loved-up snaps on social media, the last year hasn't been all smooth-sailing for the pair.

In an exclusive chat with OK!, Davide opened up about his experience of online negativity surrounding their relationship, as he said: "I would be lying if I said that it's never been an issue - because we are human, and we get affected.
