The star has been spending time relaxing in Portugal ahead of the surgery, which is believed to be a fifth operation to fix the damage to her face after years of drug abuse.
Danniella was addicted to cocaine for years, and her relentless use of the drug caused crumbling bones in her nose and a collapsed jaw and cheekbones.
She's previously spoken of her bid to get the surgery done, as she told The Sun: "I've spent the last seven years trying to get somebody to do it, but they said no in case it failed and they got struck off. "Plastic surgeons wanted £500,000 to change my face, so I thought I was never going to get it done.
