Dancing On Ice’s Darren Harriott suffers major wardrobe malfunction backstage leaving co-stars crying with laughter

While the fun move went all right on the night, it was a different story in rehearsal. The comedian's practice went so wrong it brought the place to a standstill as everyone within view creased with laughter.
Explaining the unfortunate wardrobe malfunction, Dan Whiston, the show's creative director said: "My former skating partner Cheryl Baker performed with The Fizz for Darren and Tippy’s routine, and it brought back so many amazing memories from when we skated together a few years ago. "Despite my best efforts, Cheryl wouldn’t pop her skates on for old times’ sake, but we still had a really fun day. "Instead of the famous skirt reveal, Darren ripped off his trousers to reveal gold Lamé shorts which had everyone giggling.

"We were laughing so hard that rehearsals were brought to a standstill until we’d managed to compose ourselves." Darren, 34, is now a dark horse to make it to the latter stages of the competition after impressing on the ice.
