The actor recently left the cobbles as businessman-turned-serial killer Stephen Reid. Fans of the ITV soap were left reeling during last month's Super Soap Week as the dastardly character turn on his own family as he desperately attempted to leave the country as his murderous crimes continued to be exposed.
In his last moments in Weatherfield, Stephen attacked his niece Sarah Barlow and threatened his partner Jenny Connor as he pleaded for his passport so he could flee the country.
The confrontation then spilled onto the street in front of the Rovers Return where Stephen's horrified family watched on. With his passport back, Stephen looked set to spare Jenny thanks to his mother Audrey Roberts' appearance in front of him.
