Concerns grow for missing Scots man who vanished two days ago as cops hunt motor

Police are appealing for help to find a Fife man who was last seen over 48 hours ago.Wayne Rawlings was spotted leaving his home address in Dalgety Bay at around 6.45am on Monday.It’s believed the 49-year-old was due to travel to the Broxburn area in his red Mazda 3 motor with the registration SC10PPX.But the tradesman has now been reported missing to Police Scotland by his worried loved ones.Officers are asking anyone who has seen Wayne or his car to get in touch.

They say he was last seen wearing a blue zip-up hoodie with shirts.He may be dressed in white overalls with the logo “Painter by Trade” on them.

Wayne is described as being white, 6ft 2in tall and of a stocky build.A statement from Police Scotland said: “We are appealing to the public for help tracing Wayne Rawlings who has been reported missing from Dalgety Bay.“The 49-year-old was most recently seen leaving his home address around 6.45am on Monday, 24 July and was believed to have travelled to the Broxburn area.“He is believed to have been travelling using his red Mazda 3, registration SC10 PPX.
