Recovery of the body from the area is currently under way. Enquiries into the identity of the person and the circumstances surrounding their death are at an early stage.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 1pm on Friday, 3 February, 2023, police were called to the Kinnoull Hill area of Perth, following the discovery of a body.
