Solicitors firm shut after being linked to 18 cases of coronavirus
Accident Injury Solicitors, in Blackburn Road, Bolton, was ordered to shut with immediate effect on Friday (September 11). Environmental Health officers took action after family members raised concerns about the firm's practices.They claimed the business was not informing staff of cases, and employees were being forced to work alongside others who had tested positive for the virus.The business will have to remain closed indefinitely until Bolton Council is satisfied improvements have been made.New tighter restrictions were introduced in Bolton last week to curb the virus, as the town recorded the highest rate of new cases in the country.
