Just one day after rumors started swirling that Beyonce is preparing for a theatrical release of the film by partnering with AMC Theatres, just like Taylor Swift did for The Eras Tour concert film, the movie has officially been revealed. Beyonce shared the trailer just minutes after wrapping the final show of the tour on Sunday night (October 1) in Kansas City, Missouri.
The audience at the show was shown the trailer right after the concert ended. The official synopsis says, “RENAISSANCE: A FILM BY BEYONCÉ accentuates the journey of RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR, from its inception, to the opening in Stockholm, Sweden, to the finale in Kansas City, Missouri.
It is about Beyoncé’s intention, hard work, involvement in every aspect of the production, her creative mind and purpose to create her legacy, and master her craft.
