Kylie Jenner
Kylie Kristen Jenner (born August 10, 1997) is an American media personality. She has starred in the E! reality television series Keeping Up with the Kardashians since 2007 and is the founder and owner of cosmetic company Kylie Cosmetics. At age 14 in 2012, she collaborated with the clothing brand PacSun, along with her sister Kendall, and created a line of clothing, "Kendall & Kylie". In 2015, Jenner launched her own cosmetics line called Kylie Lip Kits, which was renamed to Kylie Cosmetics the following year. She also released a mobile app that reached number one on the iTunes App Store.

Beauty salon offers 17-year-old girl lip fillers as clinics flout ban on teens

Rogue beauty salons in Greater Manchester could be flouting the law by offering potentially ­dangerous lip fillers to underage teens without checking their ID.

It's a criminal offence to give Botox to under-18s for cosmetic reasons. But an under-cover investigation by the Mirror found two clinics in Prestwich and Salford prepared to offer the procedure to 17-year-old girls.

Fillers can cause extreme swelling, blood clots and even blindness. The Government ­guidance states: “It is a criminal offence to administer botulinum toxin (commonly known as ‘Botox’) or a filler by way of injection for a cosmetic purpose to a person under 18 in England, even if they have the permission of someone over 18.
