Strictly Come Dancing star Layton Williams has made a 'promise' to his fans after he prompted some upset with one of his latest social media posts.

The actor and West End star appears to have been having the time of his life touring the country with his fellow BBC One dance contest stars.

Layton was reunited with his dance partner Nikita Kuzmin last month before they hot the road alongside fellow Strictly 2023 finalists Bobby Brazier and Dianne Buswell and eventual series winners Ellie Leach and Vito Coppola.

Despite topping the leaderboard on the night after scoring two perfect 40s, Layton and Nikita just missed out on lifting the coveted Glitterball trophy with Ellie making history as the youngest-ever Strictly winner at the age of 22.
